Sound Frequency. Can Vibrations Help Improve Your Memory?

What Is A Frequency?

To find out, you first need to know what sound frequency (vibrations) is.

Sound frequency is the number of vibrations per second of a sound wave.

All sounds you hear are vibrations. These vibrations are measured in hertz (Hz).

The higher the number of vibrations per second, the higher the pitch. The higher the number of vibrations per second, the lower the pitch.

Good vibrations

Sound frequency can be good for your body, but a lot of noise or prolonged exposure to noise can cause your body:

a lot of stress

high blood pressure

disrupt sleep
and you can even become deaf from it.

Whereas positive sounds such as music (at a normal volume) can:

relax your body

lower blood pressure
reduce cortisol in the blood
and promote the happiness hormone oxytocin.

Can you imagine what sound can do to your body?

And all of this is possible in just a 12-minute sound session so you don’t have to listen to soothing sounds for hours.

12 minutes a day to help you with:
feel more focused
more alert
and more connected to the world around you

Researchers have found that Gamma waves play a key role in supporting the brain’s natural cleaning process and healthy immune response.
This process helps the mind stay clear, focused, and balanced as we age.
